GENERAL

It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand the Terms & Conditions prior to the purchase of any work. The artist will assume that the customer has read the Terms & Conditions. It will not be the right of the artist to ensure that the customer has done so. Any disregard for the Terms & Conditions may result in a refusal to work with the customer.

The artist reserves the right to refuse or refund a commission at any time. Issues should be brought up directly with the artist if the customer wishes for them to be addressed. Arrangements can only be made if the artist is contacted privately and directly.

PAYMENT

I currently take all payment in USD through PayPal invoice.

The artist requires that at least half of the invoice is paid before they begin working. The final product will not be delivered to the client until the invoice is paid off in full.

For larger commissions, payment plans may be negotiated. Contact the artist directly to work out a plan. There will be no guarantee that the artist will agree to a payment plan.

RIGHTS OF THE COMMISSIONER

The commissioner will NOT be allowed to:

  • Refuse to credit the artist when asked.

  • Claim artwork as their own creation.

  • Use any commissioned artwork in an inappropriate or offensive manner.

The commissioner can discuss:

  • Claiming full copy-write.

  • Using a work to create direct and/or indirect profit.

  • Making their own modifications to a work.

The commissioner has the right to:

  • Keep their commission private (the artist will not upload it to any public platforms).

  • Re-post artwork if adequate credit is provided.

  • Re-sell artwork for it's purchase price, or lower.

  • request edits to a work during the WIP stages and final stages if they are within reason.

REFUNDS

A full-refund may be issued if:

  • The artwork has not been started at the time of contacting the artist

  • The artwork is drastically incorrect due to a fault that the artist made

  • No progress had been made on the commission for a total of three months

Commission already been started?

If a commission has been started, it may not be possible for the artist to offer a full-refund. The amount that can be refunded will be proportional to how much progress has been made on the commission.

Please contact the artist as soon as possible if you might need to request a refund.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround times may vary. The commissioner has the right to ask the artist what the expected turnaround may be at any time. Depending on the complexity of the commission, turnaround is approximately two weeks after the commission date.

WIPS

A WIP (work in progress) will be provided at the sketch stage of the artwork; this will allow the commissioner to request edits they may like to see early on. If the commissioner wishes to see more WIPs at different stages of the project, they may request this of the artist.

ADOPTABLE POLICY

These rules pertain to the purchase of adoptable designs.

  • The sale of adoptables is done through PayPal invoice, which will require the artist to have your PayPal email.

  • Communication with the artist must remain consistent. If the buyer does not respond to a crucial question asked by the artist within 48 hours, the adopt will be put back up for sale.

  • Buyers will have 48 hours to send their PayPal email to the artist so they may invoice them, and they will have an additional 48 hours to pay that invoice once it has been sent.

  • Any time spent waiting for the artist to reply does not count towards any time limits.

  • Adopts may be resold, but please do not resell adopts for more than you purchased them for unless you are selling them with additional stuff.

  • If you're going to have trouble meeting any of the time deadlines, are unable to complete the purchase, or something goes wrong, please contact me as soon as you can! I am willing to be flexible with wait-times and with road-bumps.
